product description of BD1201 wear high temperature resistant repair epoxy compound
inorganic adhesives:
Two-component, inorganic bonding material.the A component is white powder,the B component is
translucent liquid.Temperature resistance can reach to 1200 degree.Used for high temperature instrument
encapsulation,when the temperature increases,the resistance has small change,the curing product has good
water resistance.
Ratio:
The ratio A:B=2:1 based on customers’ requirements.
Operation time: 20¡«30 min
Curing condition:
Curing for 2 hours at room temperature,and heat it up to the temperature of 60¡«80¡æ and keep this temperature for 3 hours,then heat it up to the temperature of 150¡æ and keep this temperature
for 2 hours,after that cool it down to the room temperature slowly.

Notes:
Curing strength is lower at the room temperature,if there is no heating measures,
the curing time at the room temperature is at least 5-7 days before using,although in strict accordance
with the curing condition,place it for 2 hours at the room temperature first,then heat up to the temperature of
60¡«80¡æ slowly and keep this temperature for 3 hours,after that heat up to the temperature of 150¡æ slowly
and keep this temperature for 2 hours,then cool it down to the room temperature slowly.If the production rhythm
is allowed,try to place a long time at the room temperature for heating,it helps to reduce the generation of porosity.
Avoid direct heating or too fast heating speed,the cooling speed can’t also be too fast,had better use furnace cooling.
If the condition is allowed,can separately heat up the A component to remove a small amount of water
that can absorb before using.
